How it works
Pick your categories
Tell us what you supply — ICT, printing, furniture, construction, general supplies, or anything else. You choose, you can change it later.
We monitor the sources
Tender Finder watches public tender portals and procurement notices every day and filters out anything closed or unrelated to you.
You get the open ones
Verified, currently open tenders land on your channel — WhatsApp, Telegram, or email — with the title, buyer, category, and deadline.
How Tender Finder works
Tender Finder is a pipeline of small automated steps. Each one does one job, so you only get tenders worth your time.
2. Read
Language models read each notice, including messy PDFs and scanned documents, and extract the buyer, what is being bought, category, location, deadline, requirements, and whether it is reserved for AGPO businesses.
3. Match
Each tender is scored against your categories, keywords, and location. Rules catch exact matches, and a model that understands meaning catches near ones.
4. Check
Duplicates are merged, and closed or expired tenders are removed, so you only see ones you can still bid on.
5. Deliver
You get a short summary with the deadline and a link on WhatsApp, Telegram, or email, plus a reminder before it closes.
You read the documents and decide whether to bid. Tender Finder finds and summarizes. It does not submit bids for you.
